The TIM Foundation is a foundation according to Dutch Law. The Innovation Management Standard has been published in its original form in 2013, and was at the time approved and adopted by the PDMA’s appointed Standards Committee.
The TIM Foundation Review Board meets regularly to determine and ascertain quality of the Innovation Management Standard’s and Maturity Model and its accompanying toolset. It is the aim of the TIM Foundation to publish a new version of the Standard, the Model and its toolset at least once every two years. Members of the Review Board may be chosen from academia, from users of the Standard and Model, and from its partners. Members of the Review Board may also participate in TIM Foundation as Non-Executive Board members to oversee the Board of Directors for its day-to-day operation of the foundation.

Prof. Dr. Erik-Jan Hultink
Erik Jan Hultink is a Professor of New Product Marketing at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands. His research focuses on new product marketing and sustainable business model innovation, and he published widely on the market acceptance of new products, technologies and (growing) materials. He founded the Master in Strategic Product Design program at the TU Delft, which is considered by Business Week as one of the most innovative design programs in the world.
Prof. dr. Henry Robben
Prof.dr. Henry Robben is a professor of marketing at Nyenrode Business University and held various management positions there. He is delighted to devote himself to his education and research in the field of product development and strategic marketing. He is also an independent consultant in these areas.
His scientific work has appeared in such media as the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, the International Journal of Research in Marketing, the Journal of Product Innovation Management and the Journal of the Royal Statistical Society.
He wrote “Visionary Marketing”, “Marketing” Strategy & Organization “and” Marketing with Balls “with Rudy Moenaert and” Marketing Management: The Essentials “with Philip Kotler and Maggie Geuens. Besides his three sons, his passions are literature, travel and Oranje, the Dutch football team.
Fransciscus Eijpe is an Independent Consultant, part-time lecturer. He holds a masters degree in Business Administration and Economics from VU University Amsterdam. He is a Strategic Management Professional (SMP) and Certified in Strategy and Competitive Aalysis (CSCA). He is lecturing (part-time) at several educational institutes and universities: Chair of Management Control & Risk Management at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. His former positions held include: Auditor with Arthur Andersen, Controlling positions at PDS/ InterPost and Mercedes Benz, Management Consultant Business Banking/ Quality Auditor at CMG Finance – Management Consultants, Senior Consultant at Van Hilten Management Consultants for Investor Relations and Financial Public Relations, Manager Training at Alex van Groningen Corporate & Finance Training bv. and Independent Consultant/ Project Manager. His professional experience and credentials in Strategic Management, Finance & Valuation, Auditing, Product Development and Innovation, Customer Experience, Project Management, Risk Management. He is a former board member as volunteer include: VSB Vereniging voor Strategie en Bestuur / Committee for National Strategy Award, PMI Netherlands Chapter and Thinktank Centres of Entrepreneurship.
